The historical buildings were nicely decorated and the rooms were comfortable with all the modern necessities, including a fridge and tea maker. The breakfast dining room was unique and charming, located in an old church. The location was in a quiet suburb near the town centre and provided a beautiful view of the surrounding area.
The severe drought conditions have affected the gardens and surrounding areas, giving a rather sad view of the landscape. the lack of dinner options on the premises on weekends was a downside, although there are alternative options within walking distance.

The hosts were amazing and very knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and made great suggestions for places to visit. the room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities, including nice bath crystals for a relaxing soak. We also enjoyed the beautiful outlook from our room and the honesty bar was a nice touch.
The parking was difficult for my friend with a hip problem, even though we had the closest room to it. the breakfast staff could have been more attentive as we had to look for someone when we wanted to order.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The owners were the best part, they were incredibly friendly and helpful. They knew a lot about the area's history and politics, and were great guides. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with clean and comfortable rooms that were decorated with great attention to detail. The location was also perfect, close to the town centre and with a beautiful view of the surrounding hills. The staff were fantastic and always ready to help.

The guesthouse offers a wonderful location in a quiet suburb with a breathtaking view of the nearby natural landmark. the rooms are tastefully decorated with older style furniture and modern conveniences like a fridge, tea maker and conveniently placed plugs. the dedicated host offers great personal service, a lovely breakfast dining room and prompt communication with any lost items returned.
The parking area might pose a challenge for those with mobility issues.
